How Do I exchange or return my order?

The entire Return & Exchange process shall be initiated by the customer only, If the customer is not satisfied with the product. Within two days of delivery of product, The customer will have to bear the shipping charge while sending the product back to the company address..

International customers can make exchanges and returns within 10 days of delivery, as long as the items are in their original condition with all tags intact.

Do I have to pay for pick-up?

Yes, The customer will have to bear the shipping charge while sending the product back to the company address..

For all other countries, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us with tracking details at pannacustomers@gmail.com. Customers are liable to pay for return shipping and customs charges, which are non-refundable.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

No worries! You can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it. If it hasn't been dispatched, we'll refund your payment. If it has, you'll get store credit.

Simply email us at pannacustomers@gmail. with your order number and email ID. Don't forget to tell us why you're canceling so we can improve our service.

How do I get a refund or replacement?

It's simple! Email us at pannacustomers@gmail.or call us to start the process. Be sure to include a photo and a detailed reason for your request. Our team will then work with you to ensure a smooth return experience. Once we receive the item, we'll perform a quality check and issue an exchange or refund on the same payment method.
