I missed my parcel delivery, what can I do?

Don’t worry, our courier partner will make another attempt in the next 2 days. If you're still unable to receive it, just give us a call or shoot us an email and we'll help you submit a delivery request directly with the courier. It’s as simple as that.

What are the charges for International Delivery?

For orders outside of India, VAT, custom taxes, and import duties are not included in our ordering process. These charges may be imposed by your government and are solely your responsibility.

Do I need to pay for delivery within India?

We offer free delivery across India on orders above 2000/-.

What are the steps to shop for gorgeous sarees hassle-free?

Simply browse our website, choose your favourite style, select your size or fill out your measurement form, click ‘Add to Cart’ and proceed to 'Checkout', make your payment & you’re done. Shopping has never been this easy!

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We offer flexible same-day delivery options for Delhi residents. For customers outside of Delhi, we provide speedy delivery between 6 to 30 days, depending on the products.

When Will I Get My Order?

Our delivery time frames vary depending on the product you purchase. For ready-to-ship items, your order will arrive within 4-5 working days. If you've ordered a pre-order or made-to-order product, expect delivery within 30-45 working days. You'll receive an email from us with delivery dates once you've placed your order.

It says 'Delivered' but I haven't received the order yet, why?

Firstly, check with your neighbors or front desk if they have accepted the package on your behalf.

You can also contact the courier to verify if someone has signed for the package. If you still can't locate your order, please email us at info@pannasarees.com. It's important to notify us within 10-15 days of the dispatched date so that we can coordinate with our logistics partner. However, if there is no update about the delivery, we will consider the order as delivered, and unfortunately, you won't be eligible for a refund.

How can I track my order after it's shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking details. Simply use the provided tracking number to easily track your package on the courier's website.
