The Platform is owned and operated by Panna Sarees Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at PANNA Platinum, UG-12, DT City Centre Mall, MG Road, Sector 28, Gurugram, Haryana – 122002 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform Owner," "PANNA," "we," "us," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Platform, including its services, features and tools, are governed by these Terms of Use and all applicable policies incorporated herein by reference.

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Terms and Conditions

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration, purchase and any subsequent interaction with the Platform. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your registered account.

Information and Warranties

While we endeavour to keep the information available on the Platform accurate and updated, we do not warrant or guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, reliability or suitability for any particular purpose.

Use at Your Own Risk

Your use of the Platform and its services is at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for determining whether the products, services and information available through the Platform meet your requirements.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Platform—including text, photographs, product images, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, videos and software—is owned by or licensed to the Platform Owner and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from the Platform Owner.

Products sold under the Panna name are sold only through the Platform and Panna's own stores. We are not responsible for purchases made from any other website or seller using the name "Panna".

Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized, fraudulent or unlawful use of the Platform may result in the suspension or termination of your access and may lead to appropriate action under these Terms and applicable laws.

Prices and Charges

You agree to pay all prices, taxes, delivery charges and other applicable amounts associated with products or services purchased through the Platform. For customers in India, prices shown are inclusive of GST. All billing is in Indian Rupees (₹).

Prices and availability may be changed without prior notice. The price applicable at the time an order is successfully placed will ordinarily apply to that order, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

Payment Options

• India, orders below ₹20,000: Pay online (UPI, cards, net banking and other methods offered at checkout) or choose Cash on Delivery.
• India, orders of ₹20,000 and above: Pay the full amount online, or pay 15% of the order value in advance online and the balance on delivery.
• International orders: Prepaid only.
• Gift vouchers, credit notes and loyalty rewards may be redeemed where offered, subject to their own terms.

Shipping charges, delivery timelines and exchange terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Lawful Use

You agree not to use the Platform or its services for any unlawful, fraudulent or prohibited purpose or in any manner that may harm the Platform, the Platform Owner or another person.

Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content, security or practices.

Orders and Legally Binding Contracts

By placing an order or initiating a transaction through the Platform, you make an offer to purchase the selected products or services.

A legally binding contract will arise when your order is accepted or confirmed by the Platform Owner, subject to product availability, payment verification and applicable policies.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, damages and expenses arising from:

Your breach of these Terms;

Your violation of any applicable law;

Your misuse of the Platform; or

Your infringement of the rights of another person.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform Owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Platform or its services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the Platform Owner's aggregate liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for a failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, internet disruptions, power failures or transportation interruptions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other mandatory legal provisions, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
