Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
Orders within India are dispatched within 24 hours. During peak periods such as the festive season, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer, but we will always make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.
2. Delivery Time
India: Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days, depending on your location.
International: Delivery times vary by destination. Our team will share the expected timeline after your order is placed.
Please note that delays may occur due to high demand during the festive season or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- India: Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000. Orders below ₹2,000 carry a shipping charge of ₹300. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- International: Free shipping on orders above ₹25,000. The billing amount is calculated in Indian Rupees (₹).
4. Payment Options
- India, orders below ₹20,000: Pay online (prepaid) or choose Cash on Delivery.
- India, orders of ₹20,000 and above: Pay the full amount online, or pay 15% of the order value in advance and the balance on delivery.
- International orders: Prepaid only.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
