Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

We have a customer friendly 2 days return & exchange policy:

At Panna Sarees, we take great care in thoroughly inspecting and packing each product. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we'll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product, as required. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

By placing an order at Panna, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined by our policies. We kindly request our valued customers to thoroughly review and understand these terms before completing a purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  1. Products can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The brand can take up to 2-3 days to inform about the availability of the product ordered to the customer.
  3. The entire Return & Exchange process shall be initiated by the customer only, If the customer is not satisfied with the product. Within two days of delivery of product, the customer will have to bear the shipping charge while sending the product back to the company address.
  4. In case of a Return or Exchange the shipping charges will be solely borne by the customer.
  5. Kindly do not receive the parcel if the tape of the parcel is open or if the box and the packet is open.
  6. To be sure, that the correct product is delivered to you, so that organisation takes responsibility, the customer will be required to make full video of the unpacking of parcel, after receiving from the delivery executive. Without any video proof, the customer will not be eligible for initiating any return, refund and exchange.
  7. If the item(s) is damaged or a different (style code/size/color only) from ordered, we shall exchange the product. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
  8. You have to raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available, and we will arrange for the pick-up from your doorstep.
  9. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 2-5 working days.
  10. Return & Exchange of the order will be initiated only when the customer received the order & makes the payment to the delivery person in case of C.O.D. In the case of a pre-paid order, a voucher shall be provided. This voucher (credit note)will be valid for one month only. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase within the stipulated validity period. No cash refunds will be made. In all other cases, replacement/exchange, or Credit Note (1-month validity – Redeemable online and at the stores)is available. NO REFUNDS will be made.
  11. In case the product is out of stock after ordering, the customer will be notified immediately after he or she has made the payment. In case of an issue, the executive will get in touch with the customer.
  12. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it
  13. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
  14. Return Intimation: You can send us an email at within 3 days from the date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket no. or AWB no. and Reason for Return) should be shared with the customer support by email.
  15. Product Pricing Discrepancy: In the event that a product is inadvertently listed with an incorrect or missing price or Rs.0. Panna reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notification to the customer. By placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that Panna shall not be held liable, and you waive your right to question or dispute such cancellations. We strive to provide accurate and competitive pricing, and while every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our listings, errors may occasionally occur. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated. "This is Applicable for both Domestic & International Order."                             
  16. In instances where Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are placed on products inadvertently listed due to technical errors such as wrong names, incomplete names , incorrect or missing price or any other discrepancy with our retail store pricing , Panna reserves the right to cancel such orders. We are committed to maintaining accuracy in our product listings, and any discrepancies will be addressed promptly.

    *Return and Exchange Policy for International Orders:*

    1. Timeframe: Customers have a 10-day window from the date of delivery to initiate returns or exchanges.

    2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

    3. Return and Exchange Shipping: The cost of return shipping and any associated duties or taxes will be borne by the customer.

    4. Return Process:
    - Customers must contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe to request a return or exchange.
    - Upon approval, customers will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
    - It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method for returns.

    5. Refunds: Refunds will be issued only in very special cases and are subject to approval.

    6. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

    7. Communication and Updates:
    - Customers will be kept informed at every step of the return or exchange process via email.
    - Updates will include confirmation of return request, shipping instructions, receipt of returned item(s), and processing of refunds or exchanges.

    8. Further Processing:
    - Returned items will be received and inspected at our head office in India.
    - Further steps, such as refund processing or arranging exchanges, will be initiated upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

    9. Exceptions: Certain items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, such as personalized or final sale items. Any exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

    10. Customer Support: Our customer support team is available to assist with any questions or concerns regarding returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Guidelines for a VALID return:

• The product, if any, should be in its original condition.
• Tags should be retained and returned.
• The products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
• Original Tax Invoice to be included with the return.
• Return and exchange postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Panna Sarees.
• Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
• No return/exchange will be done for customized, stitched, and altered products.


Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
